I LOVED their craft Pizza. I've been in a few events where Tony and his team were catering . He's a great guy and loves chatting with the guests. You definately won't regret hiring them for you event/weddings.

We really like what Chef Tony is all about with growing his own ingredients organically and scratch made. It is hard to find and we wanted something special for our family wedding, especially in Joshua Tree. What really sold us was the promise and statement on the first few pages of their menu that was something we have never seen before and was so refreshing. Wonderful food catered and presented in such a great way and really made our special day all the better. Excited to see pictures from last weekend and thank you again Wheat and Fire.

Such a great catering company! The food is delicious and beautiful, the crew is super organized, the chefs are very personable and knowledgeable and they’ve got the raddest looking wood fire oven that they bring. In addition to that, I really respect the level of care they put into all the ingredients , growing everything they possibly can, smoking their own meats, to grinding their own flour. It’s not often a catering company is that scratch made and organic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Wheat and Fire for delicious pizzas and MORE!
